Connect the optical cable from the soundbar to your TV. Turn on the soundbar and set it to OPT mode. Then, go to your TV's audio settings, turn off internal speakers, and set the digital audio output format to PCM.
This usually occurs when an optical connection is used but the TV's audio output forms is incorrect. Go to your TV's expert audio or digital sound output settings and change it from Auto/Bitstream to PCM.
