Most AirTurn devices use Open Pairing by default. Turn on the device so the LED flashes rapidly, then navigate to the Bluetooth settings on your tablet or computer and select the AirTurn device to pair. For specific modes like AirDirect, ensure the device is set to Mode 1.
To change the mode, press and hold the MODE button. The red LED will flash to indicate the mode number (e.g., 2 flashes for Mode 2). Release the button after the desired number of flashes. The LEDs will blink together to confirm the setting.
If connection fails, try resetting the pairing. Delete the AirTurn from your host device's Bluetooth list, turn off Bluetooth, then hold the power button on the AirTurn for 6-8 seconds (depending on the model) until the LEDs reset. Then attempt to pair again.
Download the AirTurn Manager App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Connect your device to the app to check for and install available firmware updates and customize settings.
