• How do I prevent freeze damage to my SpaNET Eco Cube Heat Pump?

  In freezing conditions, remove all water from the heat pump water circuit before a freeze event. Water circulation should never be stopped for more than 4 hours without draining the heat exchange. Note that freeze damage is not covered under warranty.
