To reset the desk, press and hold the 'Down' arrow (or the designated reset buttons, often '3' and '4') for about 3 to 5 seconds. The desk should lower to its lowest point, rebound slightly, and the display will often show 'RST'. Release the button once the process completes.
Error codes E01 or E02 typically indicate that the motor has been overworked or overheated (duty cycle protection). Allow the desk to idle for at least 18 minutes to cool down before operating it again.
