To reset most BOLOXA models, delete the pairing name from your phone's Bluetooth list, place both earbuds in the charging case, and press and hold the earbuds (or the reset button on the case) for 5 to 8 seconds until the LED indicators flash.
Android devices sometimes limit Bluetooth volume. To fix this, enable Developer Options on your phone and toggle 'Disable Absolute Volume' or 'Enable Absolute Volume' (depending on the device) to allow the earbuds to control the volume independently.
