This manual provides detailed instructions for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your Puig 8544N Engine Guards. These engine guards are designed to offer additional protection to the motorcycle's engine area in the event of a fall or slide. 4. Instalace

4.1 Potřebné nástroje (není součástí balení)

• Socket Wrench Set
• Sada imbusových klíčů
• Momentový klíč
• Motorcycle Stand (front and/or rear)
• Painter's Tape (optional, for protecting painted surfaces)

4.2 Příprava

1. Park the motorcycle on a level surface and secure it using a suitable stand.
2. Allow the engine and exhaust to cool completely before starting work.
3. Identify the mounting points on both sides of the motorcycle's frame, typically near the engine and footpegs.
4. Remove any existing covers or bolts from the designated mounting points as per your motorcycle's service manual.

4.3 Postup instalace

1. Odebrat stávající komponenty: Carefully remove the bolts and any plastic covers from the lower frame mounting points on both sides of the motorcycle. Keep track of all removed hardware.
2. Attach Engine Guard Sections: Position the left engine guard frame onto the corresponding mounting points. Insert the provided bolts through the frame and into the motorcycle's frame. Hand-tighten only at this stage. Repeat for the right engine guard frame.
3. Install Connecting Crossbar: Connect the left and right engine guard frames using the provided crossbar and hardware. Ensure proper alignment before hand-tightening the bolts.
