The printer is the worst I have ever owned, and HP does not stand behind its products. When I go online to troubleshoot an error, I receive a message that it can't tell me how to fix the problem. When I finally got to a human, she told me that since the warranty was up, she wouldn't tell me how to fix the problem unless I paid a fee of $19+. Then she told me that I would be sent a new printer if I agreed to a 4-month contract, for what or how much, I don't know. At that point, I hung up the phone. It is apparent to me that HP only wants to extract as much money as it can and the hell with the user. I must have been in lala land to allow the salesperson to sell me this piece of garbage. I should have stuck to Epson. That printer never gave me any aggravation and worked for many, many years until it finally wore out. I will never purchase anything from the HP company and will tell all my friends to avoid you as well.
