Verify the AC power plug is connected to a properly grounded wall outlet. Check the thermal circuit breaker or fuse on the unit and reset or replace it if triggered. Ensure wall switches controlling the outlet room are turned on.
Ensure your WattBox is connected to the network. Open a web browser, navigate to the IP address of the WattBox unit, and log in using your configured username and password (the factory default is usually 'wattbox' for both).
OvrC is a cloud-based remote management tool built directly into compatible WattBox devices. It allows custom integrators to remotely monitor power usage, toggle individual outlets, and automatically reboot connected devices when they lose internet connection or become unresponsive.
To restore factory defaults on most IP WattBox devices, press and hold the physical Reset button on the unit for 10 seconds. Note that this will clear all custom IP settings and login credentials, reverting them to their factory defaults.
