Download the V380 Pro app, register an account, and add the device by scanning the QR code on the camera. If it is a 4G camera, ensure the SIM card is inserted and configure the APN settings as provided by your cellular operator.
Check the indicator light. If the red light flashes continuously, the SIM card is not detected. If it flashes twice continuously, the SIM is detected but there is no internet. You may need to enter the APN settings in the V380 Pro app.
After each use, clean the blade and spray it with a preserving liquid. For long-term storage, it is recommended to regularly lubricate the blade with a thin layer of oil. Always ensure the device is unplugged before cleaning.
Ensure the camera is powered on (and the SD or SIM card is inserted if applicable). Press and hold the reset button for several seconds until you hear a voice prompt indicating the reset is complete.
