Power on the headset and hold the multi-function button for about 3 seconds until the LED flashes blue and red. Then, search for your headset model in your phone's Bluetooth settings and connect.
Enter pairing mode on the headset. On your PC, navigate to Settings > Bluetooth & other devices > Add Bluetooth device, and select your headset model. Ensure it is selected as both the output and input audio device in your sound settings.
While the headset is connected to a charger, press and hold the multi-function button for about 3 to 4 seconds until the blue indicator flashes. This will clear the pairing record and restore the default settings.
If your device cannot find the headset, try turning off your device's Bluetooth and turning it back on to restart the search. Also, ensure the headset is in pairing mode (flashing red and blue) and not already connected to another device.
