Unscrew the front half counterclockwise. If the back half is stuck to the hose, you may need a vice and pliers to twist it off. If extremely tight, gentle heating with a blow torch can loosen the thread.
If the grease nipple is blocked, the air motor will stall. Do not remove the gun. Instead, squeeze the trigger on the booster gun 3 or 4 times to increase outlet pressure and clear the blockage.
Inspect your pump, high-pressure hose, and airline weekly for any signs of wear, deterioration, or damage. Apply a few drops of light oil to the pump's air inlet every two weeks.
Slightly unscrew the Filler Bleeder after releasing the rod groove. Gently push the follower rod against a secure surface until a small amount of grease discharges, then tighten the Filler Bleeder.
