• Can I use my GATETOP LED bulb with a dimmer switch?

  Most GATETOP bulbs are not compatible with dimmers unless explicitly marked as dimmable. If marked, only use the dimmer models specified in the manual.

• Why did my GATETOP bulb burn out immediately after installation?

  This most commonly happens when an incorrect voltage connection is made, such as installing a 12V bulb directly into a 220V or 110V socket. Always match the household voltage with the bulb's rating.
