Unplug and plug the power cord into a power source. Immediately press and hold the 'PAIR' button for 5 seconds until the lights flash and stop. The remote is now paired.
Install two new 9V batteries in the battery compartment of the power supply. Press the flat position on the remote if there is no power. Once the bed is lowered, remove the 9V batteries, as they are for single-use emergency power down only.
Press and hold the CHILDLOCK button for 5 seconds to activate or deactivate the lock. When unlocked, the bed's standard adjustment functions will be restored.
Check the remote's batteries. If the backlight is out or the base does not function, replace the batteries with two new AAA batteries. You may also need to test your power outlet or reset the base.
