Playlists can only be displayed when using an Apple iPhone and working with Apple Music in iPod mode. Android phones automatically work in general mode and cannot display playlists.
Open your phone's Bluetooth settings and disconnect the original car Bluetooth hands-free phone. You can also try restarting your phone. If the issue persists, contact support@ichoocl.com for further assistance.
Turn the physical switch on the adapter to the right for iPod mode (blue indicator light) or to the left for General Mode (green indicator light). Important: You must unplug and replug the device for the new mode to take effect.
Switch the device to General mode, then unplug and replug the Bluetooth adapter into the car's interface to reset it. This physical reset step is often required for the car to recognize the adapter.
