It is advisable to test the product once a week to ensure its normal operation. You can test it by pressing and holding the test button for less than 1 second.
To pair, select a master device and long-press its test button until the green light flashes 3 times and the red light flashes quickly. On a new device to be paired, press the button until the green light flashes twice, then wait for the green light to flash three times indicating successful pairing.
A red flash accompanied by a beep every 50-60 seconds indicates a low battery voltage. The alarm or its battery must be replaced immediately.
When the alarm is sounding, short-press the test/silence button. This will mute the alarm for approximately 9 minutes (or 2 minutes for CO alarms). If the smoke or CO levels are critically high, the silence feature may be overridden and the alarm will continue to sound.
