Enabling Wiegand in Cloud Assistant:
- Access Cloud Assistant and navigate to Administration.
- Click on Families and scroll down to find Proximity.
- Tick the option for Wiegand to enable it.
Modifying Wiegand Settings
Facilities>(Facility name)>Equipments>(Equipment name)> Parameters>Wiegand Configuration
- Go to Facilities in Cloud Assistant and select the desired facility (Facility name).
- Locate Equipment’s and choose the specific equipment (Equipment name).
- Access Parameters and then navigate to Wiegand Configuration.
- Adjust the Wiegand settings as needed.
Wiegand must first be enabled in Cloud Assistant. Click Administration > Families > Scroll down to Proximity and tick Wiegand
- EM – DCR-1 reads correct card number format.
- Mifare – Cloud assistant – set to 34 bits in Wiegand settings in equipment parameters. Set to 34 bits on wiegand keypad/reader. DMCR-1 reads correct card number format.
- PIN – Set to virtual card number on wiegand keypad. Code entered in cloud assistant = PIN#
