Počáteční nabíjení
- Before first use, fully charge the massager using the provided USB-C cable.
- Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the massager and a suitable power adapter.
- The indicator lights will show charging status and turn solid when fully charged.

- Place the massager on your neck and shoulders.
- You can use it hand-held by holding the arm straps, or hands-free by using the adjustment strap to secure it around your torso.
- Ensure the massage nodes are positioned comfortably on the desired area of your neck or shoulders.
