1. Úvod

This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective installation, operation, and maintenance of your LEDVANCE 24-ft LED String Light. This product features shatterproof S14 LED bulbs, is linkable, and designed for both indoor and outdoor use with an IP65 wet rating. It provides a warm 2200K amber glow and has an estimated lifespan of 15,000 hours. Please read these instructions thoroughly before use and retain them for future reference.

2. Bezpečnostní informace

VAROVÁNÍ: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons, observe the following precautions:

• Do not immerse the string light or any electrical components in water. While rated IP65 for wet conditions, direct submersion is not recommended.

4. Nastavení a instalace

Follow these steps for proper installation of your LED string lights.

1. Planning the Layout: Determine the desired path for your string lights. Consider the length (24 ft) and the spacing of the bulbs. The string light features integrated hanging loops above each bulb socket for easy installation.

2. Montáž: Use appropriate hardware (not included, e.g., hooks, zip ties, guide wire) to secure the string light via the hanging loops. Ensure the mounting points are sturdy enough to support the weight of the string light. Avoid pulling or straining the main cable.
3. Bulb Installation/Tightening: The S14 LED bulbs are typically pre-installed. However, it is crucial to ensure each bulb is screwed in tightly into its socket. This ensures proper electrical contact and maintains the IP65 wet rating for outdoor use. If a bulb is loose, it may not light up, or the entire string may not function correctly.

4. Connecting Multiple Strands (Linkable Feature): If you wish to extend the length, this string light is linkable. Locate the male plug at one end and the female receptacle at the other. Connect additional LEDVANCE string light sets by plugging the male end of one set into the female end of another. Ensure connections are secure and the protective cap on the female end is used if not linking.

5. Připojení napájení: Once installed and all bulbs are secure, plug the string light into a standard 120V AC power outlet. For outdoor use, ensure the outlet is a GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) protected receptacle.

5. Návod k obsluze

Operating your LEDVANCE string lights is straightforward.

• Zapnout: Plug the string light into a live 120V AC power outlet. The lights will illuminate.
• Vypnout: Unplug the string light from the power outlet.
• There are no additional controls (e.g., dimmer, timer) integrated into the string light itself. External devices can be used if desired.

Regular maintenance helps ensure the longevity and performance of your string lights.

• Čištění: Disconnect power before cleaning. Wipe bulbs and cables with a soft, damp tkanina. Nepoužívejte agresivní chemikálie nebo abrazivní čisticí prostředky.
• Výměna žárovky: If a bulb fails, unplug the string light. Carefully unscrew the old bulb and replace it with the extra S14 LED bulb provided, or a compatible replacement bulb (E26 Medium base, S14 LED type). Ensure the new bulb is screwed in tightly.
• Skladování: If storing the string lights for an extended period, unplug them, clean them, and coil them neatly to prevent tangling or damage to the wiring. Store in a cool, dry place.
• Inspekce: Periodically inspect the entire string for any signs of wear, fraying, or damage to the cable, sockets, or plugs. Discontinue use if damage is found.
