An SD card (sold separately) is required for recording audio. The H6studio supports SD, SDHC, and SDXC cards.

3. Attaching the XY Microphone Capsule

The included XY microphone capsule can be easily attached to the top of the H6studio.

1. Align the connectors on the bottom of the XY capsule with the input port on the top of the H6studio.
2. Gently push the capsule down until it locks securely.
3. To remove, press the release button (if present) and pull the capsule upwards.

4. Connecting External Microphones or Line Sources

Use the XLR/TRS combo jacks for additional inputs.

1. Connect your XLR or 1/4" TRS cables to the corresponding input jacks (1-4) on the sides of the H6studio.

1. Vyberte vstup: Ensure the desired microphone capsule is attached or external sources are connected to the XLR/TRS jacks.
2. Úprava vstupních úrovní: Use the individual gain knobs for each channel (1-4 and MIC for the capsule) to set appropriate recording levels. Monitor the levels on the LCD display. While 32-bit float recording offers significant headroom, setting reasonable levels is still good practice.
3. Paže: Press the input buttons (1, 2, 3, 4, or MIC) to arm the tracks you wish to record. The buttons will illuminate.
