4. Nastavení

4.1 Rozbalení

Your package includes: 2 PCS Bluetooth 12V 314Ah LiFePO4 Lithium Battery MINI.

Carefully remove the battery from its packaging. Inspect for any visible damage. If damage is found, contact customer support immediately.

4.2 Počáteční nabíjení

It is recommended to fully charge the battery before its first use. Use a compatible LiFePO4 battery charger with an activation function. The integrated BMS will manage the charging process.

4.3 Connecting Terminals

Ensure all connections are secure and properly tightened when connecting batteries. Use M8 terminals for connections.

WARNING: Always connect positive to positive and negative to negative. Avoid short-circuiting the terminals.

Download the HumsiENK Bluetooth app from your device's app store. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your battery. The connection range is up to 15 meters.

5.1 Sledování stavu baterie

Use the Bluetooth app to monitor real-time battery parameters such as voltage, current, and capacity. This allows you to track performance and remaining charge.

5.2 Connecting Multiple Batteries

The battery supports 4S4P configuration, allowing for series and parallel connections to achieve higher voltage or capacity. Consult a qualified technician for complex setups.

5.3 Provoz při nízkých teplotách

The integrated BMS includes low-temperature cut-off protection, preventing charging when the battery temperature is below 32°F (0°C) to avoid damage. The battery can discharge in temperatures as low as -4°F (-20°C).

6. Údržba

• Regularly check battery terminals for corrosion and ensure they are clean and tight.
• Pokud baterii delší dobu nepoužíváte, skladujte ji na chladném a suchém místě.
• It is recommended to charge the battery to 50% every 3 months if it is to be left unused for a long time.
• Avoid fully discharging the battery repeatedly to maximize lifespan.

7. Řešení problémů

7.1 Battery Not Working or Charging

If the battery is not working or charging, or shows a voltage less than 9V, the Battery Management System (BMS) may have shut it down for protection. Follow these steps to reactivate it:

1. Odpojte baterii od všech zařízení.
2. Leave the battery alone for 30 minutes to allow it to rest. It may automatically recover to a normal voltage (greater than 10V).
3. If it recovers, fully charge it as usual with a compatible LiFePO4 charger.
4. If it still doesn't work, try connecting it to a 12V LiFePO4 controller on a sunny day and charge for 3-10 seconds to wake it up.
