Nastavení

1. Instalace baterie

The scale requires 2 AAA batteries (included). To install them:

1. Najděte přihrádku na baterie na spodní straně váhy.
2. Open the battery compartment cover by sliding it off.
3. Vložte 2 baterie typu AAA a dbejte na správnou polaritu (+ a -) vyznačenou uvnitř přihrádky.

2. Umístění měřítka

For accurate readings, place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface. Avoid carpets or uneven flooring, as this can affect measurement precision.

Návod k obsluze

1. Zapnutí a vypnutí

The EMERIO Digital Personal Scale features an automatic on/off function:

• Zapnout: Gently tap the glass surface with your foot. The display will illuminate and show "0.0 kg" (or your last selected unit), indicating it's ready for use.
• Vypnout: Váha se po několika sekundách nečinnosti automaticky vypne, aby se šetřila baterie.

2. Měření

For accurate body composition analysis, follow these steps:

1. Ujistěte se, že váha je na rovném, tvrdém povrchu.
2. Step onto the scale barefoot, placing your feet on the four metal electrode pads. Stand still and centered.
3. The display will first show your weight, then cycle through other measurements such as body fat percentage, procento tělesné vodytage, svalová hmota, kostní hmota a BMI.
4. Wait for the display to stabilize and show all readings before stepping off. The scale has a memory function to store your last measurement.

3. Převod jednotek (kg/lb/st)

The scale allows you to switch between kilograms (kg), pounds (lb), and stones (st). The unit conversion button is typically located on the underside of the scale, near the battery compartment. Press this button to cycle through the available units until your desired unit is displayed.

Údržba a péče

Proper care will ensure the longevity and accuracy of your scale:

• Kalibrace: If you move the scale, it is recommended to recalibrate it by stepping on it briefly until "0.0" appears, then stepping off before taking your actual measurement.
