1. Úvod
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your DEDRA SAS+ALL DED7046 Cordless Angle Grinder. This tool is designed for cutting and grinding tasks. The motor reaches speeds of up to 8500 revolutions per minute (RPM) and is compatible with 125mm diameter discs. Please read these instructions carefully before using the tool and keep them for future reference.
The DED7046 features a safety switch, a quick-release disc system, a two-position side handle, and a rubberized grip for enhanced comfort and control. A two-hole disc change wrench is conveniently located in the side handle. The casing is made from fiberglass-reinforced nylon, offering increased resistance to mechanical damage and UV radiation.

4. Nastavení
4.1 Instalace baterie (baterie není součástí balení)
This angle grinder operates on a DEDRA SAS+ALL battery (sold separately). Ensure the battery is fully charged before use.
- Align the battery pack with the battery slot at the base of the grinder.
- Zasuňte baterii do slotu, dokud bezpečně nezacvakne na místo.
- Chcete-li baterii vyjmout, stiskněte tlačítko pro uvolnění baterie a baterii vysuňte.

4.2 Upevnění pomocné rukojeti
The auxiliary handle can be attached to either side of the grinder head for optimal control and comfort, depending on your working position.
- Screw the auxiliary handle into one of the threaded holes on the grinder head.
- Tighten it firmly by hand.
4.3 Nastavení krytu disku
The disc guard protects against sparks and debris. Adjust its position to suit your task, ensuring maximum protection.
- Loosen the screw or lever on the disc guard.
- Otočte kryt do požadované polohy.
- Tighten the screw or lever securely.
4.4 Disc Installation
Always ensure the grinder is switched off and the battery is removed before changing discs.
- Stiskněte a podržte tlačítko aretace vřetena.
- Use the two-hole disc change wrench (stored in the side handle) to loosen the outer flange nut by turning it counter-clockwise.
- Remove the outer flange nut and the old disc.
- Place the new 125mm disc onto the inner flange, ensuring it is correctly seated.
- Replace the outer flange nut and tighten it clockwise using the wrench while holding the spindle lock button. Do not overtighten.

5. Návod k obsluze
5.1 Zapnutí/vypnutí
The grinder is equipped with an integrated safety on/off system.
- Zapnout: Slide the safety switch forward and then press the main power switch.
- Vypnout: Release the main power switch. The safety switch will automatically return to the off position.
5.2 Ovládání rychlosti
This model features variable speed control, allowing adjustment between 4000-8500 RPM for different applications.
- Locate the speed adjustment dial, typically found on the body of the grinder.
- Rotate the dial to select the desired speed setting. Lower speeds are suitable for polishing or less aggressive grinding, while higher speeds are for cutting and heavy grinding.
5.3 Techniky broušení a řezání
Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including eye protection, hearing protection, and gloves.
- Broušení: Hold the grinder firmly with both hands. Position the disc at a slight angle (15-30 degrees) to the workpiece. Apply moderate pressure and move the grinder smoothly across the surface.
- Řezání: Use a thin cutting disc. Hold the grinder perpendicular (90 degrees) to the workpiece. Allow the disc to reach full speed before making contact. Apply light, consistent pressure and let the tool do the work. Avoid twisting or jamming the disc.
6. Údržba
Pravidelná údržba zajistí dlouhou životnost a bezpečný provoz vaší úhlové brusky.
- Čištění: After each use, clean the tool with a soft, dry cloth. Use compressed air to clear dust from ventilation openings. Do not use water or chemical cleaners.
- Výměna disku: Replace worn or damaged discs immediately. Refer to Section 4.4 for disc installation instructions.
- Péče o baterie: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Do not expose them to extreme temperatures. Follow the battery manufacturer's charging instructions.
