With a design similar to Apple AirTag, it is compatible with many accessories designed for them. It integrates seamlessly with Apple's Find My network, allowing you to locate both nearby and distant items with ease. Its durable, dust and waterproof design ensures reliable performance in various conditions.

Setting up your Tracy Tag is a straightforward process, designed for quick integration with your Apple devices.

2.1 Instalace baterie

The Tracy Tag comes with a pre-installed CR2032 battery, which typically lasts about one year. To replace the battery:

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the Tracy Tag.
2. Gently twist or open the cover as indicated by the device's markings.
3. Remove the old CR2032 battery and insert a new one, ensuring the positive (+) side faces up.

3. Návod k obsluze

3.1 Locating Nearby Items

When your Tracy Tag is within Bluetooth range of your Apple device (typically up to 10-30 meters depending on environment), you can make it emit a sound to help you find it.

• Otevřete Najít můj aplikace
• Select the Tracy Tag from your list of items.
• Klepněte Přehrát zvuk. The Tracy Tag will emit an audible alert, guiding you to its location.

3.2 Locating Far Away Items

For items outside Bluetooth range, the Apple Find My network leverages millions of Apple devices worldwide to help you locate your Tracy Tag.

• Select the Tracy Tag from your list of items.
• View its last known location on the map. The Find My network will anonymously and securely update its location if it comes within range of another Apple device.
• Klepněte Pokyny to get precise navigation to the Tracy Tag's last known or current location.

4.1 Battery Monitoring and Replacement

The Tracy Tag uses a standard CR2032 coin cell battery, which provides approximately one year of life. You can monitor the battery status directly within the Apple Find My app. When the battery is low, replace it following the instructions in Section 2.1.

5. Řešení problémů

• Zařízení se nepřipojuje/nepáruje:

  Ensure the Tracy Tag has a fresh battery and is within Bluetooth range of your Apple device. Restart your Apple device and try the pairing process again. Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your device.

• Cannot Hear Sound:

  Verify the Tracy Tag's battery level in the Find My app. Ensure there are no obstructions muffling the sound. If the battery is very low, the sound may be faint or non-existent.

  For far-away items, the location updates when the Tracy Tag comes within range of an Apple device on the Find My network. Ensure your own device has an active internet connection to receive location updates. If the item is stationary in an isolated area, its location may not update frequently.
