Nastavení

1. Nabíjení chytrých hodinek

Before first use, fully charge your EKO Lumos Smartwatch. Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the back of the smartwatch and plug the other end into a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.

Displej hodinek bude ukazovat stav nabíjení. Úplné nabití obvykle trvá přibližně 2 hodiny.

2. Zapnutí/vypnutí

• Zapnutí: Press and hold the side button until the EKO logo appears.

The EKO Lumos Smartwatch requires a companion application to unlock its full functionality and synchronize data with your smartphone. Hledat the official EKO smartwatch app on your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).

Ensure your smartphone meets the minimum operating system requirements for the app.

4. Párování s vaším chytrým telefonem (Bluetooth)

2. Open the EKO companion app on your smartphone.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to add a new device. The app will search for available EKO Lumos devices.
4. Select "EKO Lumos" from the list of discovered devices.

Successful pairing will be indicated on both devices. Keep your smartwatch close to your smartphone during the pairing process.

Údržba

Čištění chytrých hodinek

Regularly clean your smartwatch to ensure hygiene and proper sensor function. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the screen and body. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

• Smartwatch not powering on:

  Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to the charging cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power it on again.

• Nelze spárovat se smartphonem:

  Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the smartwatch. Ensure the smartwatch is within range of your phone. Restart both devices and try the pairing process again. Verify that the EKO companion app is up to date.
• Nepřesné údaje o zdravotním stavu:

  Ensure the smartwatch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too tight or too loose. Clean the sensors on the back of the watch. Avoid excessive movement during measurements. Note that the smartwatch is not a medical device and readings are for reference only.

  Verify that notifications are enabled in both your smartphone's settings for the EKO app and within the EKO companion app itself. Ensure the smartwatch is connected via Bluetooth.

  Reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary notifications, and limit continuous heart rate monitoring if not required. Ensure the device is fully charged each time.
