Thank you for choosing the ROCAM Indoor Security Camera. This device is designed to provide reliable home surveillance with features such as 360° pan/tilt, 2-way audio, and night vision. This manual will guide you through the installation, setup, and operation of your camera.

4. Průvodce nastavením

4.1. Fyzická instalace

1. Vyberte umístění: Select an indoor location with a stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal. The camera can be placed on a flat surface or mounted to a ceiling.
2. Zapnutí: Connect the power adapter to the camera's DC 5V port and plug it into a power outlet. The camera will power on and initiate its self-test.
3. Kontrolka: Wait for the indicator light to flash red, indicating it's ready for connection.

4.2. Instalace aplikace a vytvoření účtu

1. Stáhněte si aplikaci: Hledat the "ROCAM" app in your smartphone's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store) and download it.
2. Vytvořit účet: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to register a new account using your email address or phone number.

4.3. Připojení kamery

1. Přidat zařízení: In the ROCAM app, tap the "+" icon to add a new device. Select "Smart Camera" or the appropriate camera type.
2. Konfigurace Wi-Fi: Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted. Poznámka: Sítě Wi-Fi 5 GHz nejsou podporovány.
3. Naskenujte QR kód: The app will generate a QR code. Hold your phone approximately 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) in front of the camera lens until you hear a prompt sound from the camera, indicating successful scanning.

5. Návod k obsluze

5.1. Živě View

Open the ROCAM app and tap on your camera's name to access the live video feed. You can view foo v reálném časetage z vašeho fotoaparátu.

5.2. Otáčení, naklápění a digitální zoom

Naživo view screen, swipe your finger across the video feed to remotely control the camera's pan (horizontal) and tilt (vertical) movements. Pinch to zoom in or out digitally.

• Rozsah rozsahu: Horizontální rotace 320°.
• Rozsah náklonu: Vertikální otočení 80°.
• Digitální zoom: 4X digital zoom.

5.3. Obousměrný zvuk

Klepněte na ikonu mikrofonu v aplikaci a mluvte přes reproduktor kamery. Klepněte na ikonu reproduktoru a poslouchejte zvuk z okolí kamery.

5.4. Detekce pohybu a upozornění

Enable motion detection in the camera settings within the app. When motion is detected, the camera will record a short video clip and send an alert notification to your smartphone.

5.5. Noční vidění

The camera automatically switches to night vision mode in low-light conditions, providing clear black and white video up to 30 feet using its integrated IR system.

5.6. Nahrávání a ukládání videa

Kamera podporuje dva způsoby nahrávání:

• Paměťová karta MicroSD: Insert a MicroSD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the camera's slot for local storage of recordings. Ensure the camera is powered off before inserting or removing the card.
• Cloudové úložiště: Subscribe to the optional cloud storage service through the ROCAM app for secure, off-site video storage.

6. Údržba

6.1. Čištění

Jemně otřete objektiv a tělo fotoaparátu měkkým, suchým hadříkem. Nepoužívejte agresivní chemikálie ani abrazivní čisticí prostředky.

6.2. Aktualizace firmwaru

Periodically check the ROCAM app for available firmware updates. Keeping your camera's firmware up-to-date ensures optimal performance and security features.

6.3. Správa úložiště

If using a MicroSD card, regularly review a spravovat nahrané footage. Old recordings may be overwritten automatically when the card is full, depending on your settings.

7. Řešení problémů

• Fotoaparát se nepřipojuje k Wi-Fi:
  • Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. 5GHz is not supported.
  • Zkontrolujte správnost hesla k Wi-Fi.
  • Přesuňte kameru blíže k Wi-Fi routeru.
  • Reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds until you hear a prompt.
• No live video feed:
  • Verify the camera is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi (solid blue indicator light).
  • Zkontrolujte připojení k internetu.
  • Restart the ROCAM app.
• Nepřijatá upozornění na pohyb:
  • Ujistěte se, že je v nastavení aplikace povolena detekce pohybu.
  • Check your phone's notification settings for the ROCAM app.
  • Adjust motion sensitivity if necessary.
