1. Upravte tlak: Set the pressure dial to the lowest setting for first-time use or sensitive gums. Gradually increase the pressure to a comfortable level.

4. Guide the Water Stream: Start with your back teeth and work your way forward. Pause briefly between teeth, allowing the water to clean the gumline and between teeth. Follow the gumline and pause between teeth.
5. Clean All Areas: Continue until you have cleaned the inside and outside of both your upper and lower teeth. The 360-degree rotating tip allows for easy access to all areas.
6. Tongue Cleaning (Optional): If using the tongue cleaner, set the pressure to a low setting. Place the tongue cleaner on your tongue and gently pull forward, rinsing the tip after each pass.
