1. Rozbalení a počáteční kontrola
Carefully remove the LS172 Colorimeter from its packaging. Inspect the device for any visible damage. Ensure all accessories, including the charging cable and any documentation, are present.

The LS172 comes with a built-in lithium battery. Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided USB cable and a compatible power adapter. A full charge allows for approximately 10,000 continuous tests.

1. Basic Color Measurement
- Place the measurement aperture of the LS172 firmly against the surface of the sample být měřen.

- First, measure a "Standard" color by placing the device on the standard sample and selecting "Scan Standard".
- Next, measure a "Sample" color by placing the device on the sample to be compared and selecting "Scan Sample".
- The device will display the color difference (ΔE*ab) between the standard and the sample, along with color bias indications (e.g., "Slight black", "Slight green") to guide adjustments.
- The QC mode simplifies batch inspection by indicating "PASS" or "FAIL" based on predefined thresholds.

3. Using Built-in Color Charts
The LS172 includes multiple electronic color charts (e.g., PANTONE, NCS, RAL). After a color scan, the device will automatically match the closest color codes from the selected chart. You can switch between different color charts via the "Color Chart" setting on the screen.

4. Saving and Managing Colors
Measured colors can be saved directly onto the device. This allows for building custom color charts and eliminates the need for physical paper color charts, preventing fading issues. Saved colors can be easily retrieved and managed.

5. Using Mobile App and PC Software
Connect the LS172 to your mobile device or PC via Bluetooth or USB. The companion software allows for:
- Real-time online measurements.
- Exporting color data (e.g., to CSV format).

Údržba
- Čištění: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the device. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Keep the measurement aperture clean and free of dust or debris to ensure accurate readings.
- Skladování: Store the colorimeter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. When not in use for extended periods, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan.
