4. Montážní návod
The ROBOTIME 3D Wooden Music Box Christmas Tree is designed for immersive assembly without the need for glue. Follow the detailed step-by-step instructions provided in the included manual.
Tipy pro generální shromáždění:
- Příprava: Lay out all wooden sheets and identify the pieces according to the manual.
- Oddělování dílů: Carefully detach pieces from the wooden sheets. Use a craft knife or sandpaper to smooth any rough edges or burrs, especially on gear components, to ensure smooth operation.
- Blokování: Pieces are designed to interlock precisely. Apply gentle, firm pressure. Avoid forcing pieces, as this may cause breakage.
- Elektrické komponenty: Connect LED lights and the music box mechanism as indicated in the manual. Ensure wires are not pinched during assembly.
- Testování: It is advisable to test the electronic components (lights and music) at key stages during assembly, particularly before fully enclosing the mechanism, to ensure functionality.

5. Návod k obsluze
Once assembled, your Christmas Melody Tree can be operated using the integrated switch button. The unit is powered via a Type-C USB cable (not included).
Napájení jednotky:
- Connect a Type-C USB cable to the designated port on the unit and to a suitable USB power adapter (5V/1A recommended).
Funkce přepínacích tlačítek:
- První dotek: Touch the switch button once to activate the lights and music. The train will run clockwise, and Santa will rotate counter-clockwise.
- Druhý dotek: Touch the switch button again to stop the music, train, and Santa. The LED lights will remain on.
- Třetí dotek: Touch the switch button a third time to turn off all functions (lights, music, and movement).
- Dlouhé stisknutí: A long press on the switch button will turn off all functions immediately.

- Skladování: Store the model in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent warping or fading of the wood.
- Mazání: If any moving parts (e.g., gears) become stiff, apply a small amount of wax (if provided or suitable for wood) to the contact points to ensure smooth operation.
- Zacházení: Always handle the model by its base to prevent damage to delicate components.

- Nepasující díly: Ensure you are using the correct pieces for each step. Gently sand down any burrs or rough edges on the wooden pieces to improve fit. Do not force pieces together.
- Electronic Components Not Working (Lights/Music/Movement):
- Verify that the Type-C USB cable is securely connected to both the unit and a working power source.
- Ensure all internal wiring connections are correct and secure, as per the assembly manual.
- Confirm that the switch button is being pressed correctly according to the operating instructions.
- If the issue persists, carefully re-check the assembly of the electronic module.
- Movement is Stiff or Grinding: This often indicates friction in the gears or moving parts. Disassemble the affected section and carefully sand any rough edges or burrs on the gears. Apply a small amount of wax to the gear teeth for smoother operation.
- Small Decorative Parts Detaching: For very small decorative elements like antlers, ornaments, or gifts, if the interlocking dots do not hold sufficiently, a small amount of wood glue can be used for a more secure attachment. Apply sparingly.
