1. Úvod

The HGFRTEE 18.5" Portable Monitor is a versatile external display designed to enhance productivity and entertainment on the go. Featuring a Full HD 1920x1080 IPS panel with a 100Hz refresh rate and 120% sRGB color gamut, it delivers vibrant visuals and smooth performance. Its ultra-thin and lightweight design, coupled with wide compatibility and multiple display modes, makes it an ideal companion for laptops, smartphones, gaming consoles, and more.

3. Nastavení

3.1 Připojení monitoru

The HGFRTEE portable monitor offers flexible connectivity options to suit various devices.

Option 1: Single Cable Connection (Full-featured USB-C)

For devices with a full-featured USB-C port (supporting Thunderbolt 3.0 or USB 3.1 Type C DP Alt-Mode), a single Type-C to Type-C Full-Function Cable can provide both power and display signal. Connect one end of the full-function Type-C cable to your device and the other end to the monitor's full-featured Type-C port.

Možnost 2: HDMI a USB-C pro napájení

For devices without a full-featured USB-C port, or for gaming consoles, use the HDMI to Mini HDMI cable for video signal and a Type-C to Type-C Regular Cable for power. Connect the HDMI cable from your device to the monitor's Mini HDMI port. Then, connect the Type-C Regular Cable from a power source (e.g., wall adapter, power bank) to the monitor's power-only Type-C port.

6. Údržba

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your HGFRTEE Portable Monitor, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Čištění: Gently wipe the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn smudges, use a screen-specific cleaning solution applied to the cloth, not directly to the screen. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or ammonia-based products.
• Skladování: When not in use, store the monitor in its protective sleeve or a safe place to prevent scratches and damage. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of it.
• Zacházení: S monitorem zacházejte opatrně. Nevystavujte jej pádu ani silným nárazům.

7. Řešení problémů

If you encounter issues with your portable monitor, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

• Žádný signál/Černá obrazovka:
  • Ujistěte se, že všechny kabely (USB-C, HDMI, napájecí) jsou bezpečně připojeny k monitoru i k zařízení.
  • Verify that your device's output settings are configured to extend or duplicate the display to the portable monitor.
  • Check if your device's USB-C port supports video output (DP Alt-Mode) if using a single USB-C cable.

  • Ensure the monitor is receiving sufficient power. If using USB-C for power, try a different power adapter or a dedicated power source.

• No Sound from Built-in Speakers:
