4. Nastavení
4.1 Napájení zařízení
Your blood pressure monitor can be powered in two ways:
- Baterie: Open the battery compartment on the back of the device. Insert 4 AA rechargeable batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.
- Napájení USB: Connect the provided USB charging cable to the monitor's USB port and plug the other end into a USB power source (e.g., laptop, mobile power supply, or a USB wall adapter, not included).

4.2 Nasazení manžety
- Ensure the air tube is securely connected to the port on the side of the monitor unit.
- Slide the cuff onto your upper arm, ensuring the air tube runs down the inside of your arm. The bottom edge of the cuff should be approximately 0.8-1.2 inches (2-3 cm) above your elbow.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm. It should be tight enough that you can only insert two fingers between the cuff and your arm.
