3. Nastavení a instalace

3.1 Než začnete

• Ujistěte se, že vaše Wi-Fi síť je 2.4 GHz. Tato kamera nepodporuje Wi-Fi 5 GHz.

3.2 Fyzická instalace

1. Vyberte umístění: Vyberte venkovní místo, které poskytuje požadované viewing angle and is within range of your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The camera is IP67 weatherproof and can withstand temperatures from -30°C to 50°C.

3. Připojte napájení: Plug the camera into a power outlet using the provided power adapter. The camera features a waterproof plug with a 3-meter power cord for outdoor use.

3.3 Network Connection and App Pairing

1. Zapnutí: Once powered, the camera's indicator light will flash, indicating it's ready for setup.
2. Open Imou Life App: Launch the Imou Life App on your smartphone. Create an account or log in.

4.3 Human Detection and Notifications

The camera's AI human detection feature accurately identifies human movement, reducing false alarms from pets or other non-human objects. You will receive real-time alerts and notifications on your smartphone via the Imou Life App.

4.6 Integrace s Alexou

The Imou DK3 camera is compatible with Amazon Alexa. You can use voice commands to view the camera feed on compatible devices like Echo Show.

• Ochrana životního prostředí: The IP67 rating ensures protection against dust and water immersion. However, avoid directing high-pressure water jets directly at the camera.
• Aktualizace firmwaru: Regularly check the Imou Life App for available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.

6. Řešení problémů

• Fotoaparát se nepřipojuje k Wi-Fi:
  • Ujistěte se, že vaše Wi-Fi síť je 2.4 GHz. Kamera nepodporuje sítě 5 GHz.
  • Verify the Wi-Fi signal strength at the camera's location.
  • Try resetting the camera using the reset button (Figure 3) and re-pairing it through the Imou Life App.
• False alarms from motion detection:
  • Ensure AI Human Detection is enabled in the Imou Life App settings.
  • Adjust the motion detection sensitivity settings within the app.
• Cannot access SD card recordings:
  • Recordings on the Micro SD card are encrypted and can only be accessed and viewed through the Imou Life App.
  • Ensure the camera has a stable internet connection to allow the app to communicate with it and retrieve recordings.
• Incorrect date/time after power outage:
  • If the camera loses power, its internal clock may reset. Ensure the camera reconnects to the internet after power restoration. The Imou Life App should automatically synchronize the correct date and time.
• Žádný web interface or issues with third-party Onvif access:
  • The Imou DK3 camera does not provide a direct web interface for configuration. All settings are managed via the Imou Life App.
  • While Onvif is supported for live view with some third-party applications, advanced configurations or password changes for Onvif may be limited to Imou/Dahua software.
