The GravityFed™ hopper holds up to 5.4 kg (12 lbs) of lump charcoal or 8.2 kg (18 lbs) of briquettes, allowing for up to 18 hours of low-and-slow cooking.

Pour charcoal into the hopper. Do not overfill.
