Nastavení
The ALINCO AFBX4622 is designed for easy assembly. Follow these general steps:

Nastavení kola
- Nastavení výšky sedla: The saddle height can be adjusted to 4 levels (L735mm to H795mm). Loosen the saddle knob, adjust to a comfortable height where your legs have a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke, and then tighten the knob securely.
- Table Position Adjustment: The table can be adjusted for both front-back position (4 levels) and angle (2 levels) to suit your posture and activity. Loosen the adjustment levers, position the table, and re-tighten.
- Nastavení odporu: Turn the large dial located on the main frame to select one of the 8 resistance levels. Turn clockwise for higher resistance and counter-clockwise for lower resistance.

The monitor displays various workout data. It features an auto start/off function, activating when you begin pedaling and turning off after a few minutes of inactivity.
