2. Bezpečnostní pokyny

4. Nastavení a instalace

4.1 Vybalení

Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the freezer for any signs of damage incurred during transit. Report any damage to your supplier immediately.

4.2 Umístění

• Place the freezer on a firm, level surface capable of supporting its weight (approx. 188.08 kg).
• Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for proper air circulation, especially at the top and rear where the cooling aggregate is located.
• Avoid placing the freezer in direct sunlight or near heat-emitting appliances (ovens, stoves).
• The appliance is equipped with 4 wheels for easy positioning. Once in place, ensure the wheels are locked to prevent movement.

4.3 Elektrické připojení

Connect the freezer to a grounded electrical outlet with the specified voltage: 220 - 240 Volt / 1N / PE / 50 Hz. The power consumption is 780 Watts. Do not overload the circuit.

4.4 Počáteční čištění

Before first use, clean the interior and exterior of the freezer with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.

4.5 Installing Shelves and Rails

The freezer comes with 6 pairs of stainless steel rails and 6 GN 2/1 support grids. Insert the rails into the designated slots on the interior walls at your desired height. Then, place the grids onto the installed rails. Each grid can support up to 30 kg.

5.1 Zapnutí/vypnutí

After connecting to the power supply, locate the main power switch, typically near the digital thermostat. Flip the switch to the 'ON' position to power on the unit. To turn off, flip the switch to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.

5.2 Digital Thermostat Control

The freezer is equipped with a digital thermostat (Dixell) for precise temperature management. The temperature range is between -15°C and -22°C.

• Viewing Current Temperature: The display typically shows the current internal temperature.
• Nastavení teploty: Press the 'SET' button. The set temperature will flash. Use the up and down arrow buttons to adjust the desired temperature. Press 'SET' again to confirm.

6.1 Denní čištění

• Wipe down the exterior stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
• Clean door handles and seals to prevent dirt buildup.

6.2 Týdenní/měsíční čištění

• Interiér: Unplug the freezer. Remove all contents and shelves. Clean the interior with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before returning items and powering on. The interior is made of AISI 433 0 stainless steel with rounded corners for easy cleaning.
• Těsnění dveří: Inspect door seals for cracks or damage. Clean them with warm, soapy water to maintain their elasticity and ensure a tight seal.
