Nastavení
The TOPUTURE Walking Pad Treadmill arrives fully assembled and ready to use. Follow these steps for initial setup:
- Rozbalit: Opatrně vyjměte běžecký pás z obalu.
- Umístění: Běžecký pás umístěte na pevný a rovný povrch. Zajistěte, aby kolem něj byl dostatek prostoru pro bezpečný provoz.

- Bezpečnostní klíč: Attach the safety key to the designated slot on the treadmill's console. Secure the other end of the safety key clip to your clothing. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key in place.

Návod k obsluze
Spuštění běžeckého pásu
- Ujistěte se, že je bezpečnostní klíč správně připojen.
- Press the "On/Off" button on the LED touch screen or the remote control to power on the treadmill.
- The display will light up, and the treadmill will be in standby mode.
- Press the "Start" button on the remote or touch screen to begin operation. The treadmill will start at a low speed.
Speed Adjustment and Modes
The treadmill supports two main modes based on speed:
- Režim chůze: Speeds from 0.6 MPH to 2 MPH. Ideal for under-desk use or light walking.
- Režim joggingu: Speeds from 3 MPH to 6.2 MPH. Suitable for brisk walking or jogging.
Use the "Speed+" and "Speed-" buttons on the LED touch screen or remote control to adjust the speed. The treadmill will automatically switch between walking and jogging modes as you adjust the speed within these ranges.

Your treadmill can be controlled via the included remote control or through the FITSHOW App on your smartphone.

- FITSHOW App: Download the FITSHOW App from your device's app store. Connect your treadmill via Bluetooth. The app allows you to:
- Control treadmill functions (start, stop, speed).
- Track and record your fitness data (time, distance, calories).
- Access 12 pre-set programs for varied workouts.
- Share your fitness progress.

Údržba
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your treadmill. Always unplug the treadmill before performing any maintenance.
Čištění
- Wipe down the treadmill's surface, including the console and running belt, with a damp hadříkem po každém použití.

Mazání
The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and extend its lifespan. The treadmill features a convenient lubricating hole for easy application.

- Locate the lubricating hole (refer to Figure 5).
- Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant (not included, typically sold separately) into the hole.
- Run the treadmill at a low speed (e.g., 1 MPH) for 5 minutes to distribute the lubricant evenly.
- Promazávejte každé 3–6 měsíců v závislosti na používání.
Nastavení běžeckého pásu
If the running belt feels loose, slips, or drifts to one side, it may need adjustment. Use the included tool kit for this procedure. Refer to the full user manual for detailed instructions on belt tensioning and centering.
