6. Údržba

6.1 Čištění tiskové hlavy

To ensure consistent print quality, regularly clean the thermal print head. Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Gently wipe the print head surface. Do not use abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.

6.2 Ukládání štítků

Store thermal labels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. The recommended storage humidity is 20%-85%. Improper storage can affect label quality and printer performance.

7. Řešení problémů

• Tiskárna se nepřipojuje přes Bluetooth: Ensure the printer is powered on and within range. Restart both the printer and your mobile device. Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your device and try reconnecting through the "Print Master" app.
