This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your RockJam 6 String Electric Guitar Kit. Designed for aspiring guitarists, this kit includes a full-sized electric guitar, a 10-watt amplifier, a gig bag, a guitar strap, spare strings, and picks. Please read this manual thoroughly to ensure proper use and to maximize your musical journey.

Nastavení

1. Vybalení a kontrola

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the guitar, amplifier, and accessories for any signs of damage. Retain the original packaging for future storage or transport.

2. Připojení Ampdoživotní

3. Attaching the Guitar Strap

Locate the strap buttons on the guitar body. Securely attach each end of the guitar strap to these buttons. Ensure the strap is firmly attached before playing.

Before playing, the guitar must be tuned. Use a digital tuner (not included) or an online/app-based tuner. The standard tuning for a 6-string guitar from thickest to thinnest string is E-A-D-G-B-e.

Operating Your Guitar Kit

• LED: Indicator light for power.
• ZÍSKAT: Controls the amount of distortion or overdrive. Higher gain results in a more distorted sound.

2. Guitar Controls

• PICKUP SELECTOR: A 5-way switch that allows you to choose between the three single-coil pickups (neck, middle, bridge) or combinations thereof.
  • Position 1 (closest to neck): Neck pickup
  • Position 2: Neck and Middle pickups
  • Position 3: Middle pickup
  • Position 4: Middle and Bridge pickups
  • Position 5 (closest to bridge): Bridge pickup
• HLASITOST KNOFLÍKU: Ovládá celkovou výstupní hlasitost kytary.
• TONE KNOBS (x2): Adjust the treble frequencies for specific pickups. Typically, one controls the neck pickup tone, and the other controls the middle pickup tone.
• WHAMMY BAR (Tremolo Arm): Used to temporarily change the pitch of the strings, creating vibrato effects. Insert into the tremolo bridge.

Údržba

1. Čištění

• Wipe down the guitar body and neck with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth after each use to remove sweat and oils.
• For stubborn grime, use a guitar-specific cleaning solution sparingly.
• Vyčistěte amplifier exterior with a dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners directly on the ampživější.

2. Výměna strun

Strings should be replaced regularly, typically every 1-3 months depending on usage, or when they sound dull or show signs of corrosion. Refer to online tutorials or a professional for proper string changing techniques. The kit includes spare electric guitar strings.

3. Skladování

When not in use, store the guitar in the included gig bag to protect it from dust, scratches, and minor impacts. Avoid storing the guitar in extreme temperatures or humidity, as this can affect the wood and tuning stability.
