Nastavení

Before first use, wash all removable parts (frying pan, grill grate, fried basket, splash filter, thermometer probe) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

1. Place the main frying pan into the base of the unit. This pan collects drippings and is essential for all cooking modes.
2. For grilling, place the grill grate directly into the frying pan. For air frying or roasting, place the fried basket into the frying pan.
3. The splash filter should be clipped into place on the top interior of the lid to prevent grease splatter.

Smart Thermometer Setup

The smart thermometer is stored in a small compartment at the front of the unit. To use it:

1. Remove the thermometer from its storage compartment.
2. Plug the thermometer cable into the designated port on the side of the main unit.
3. Insert the probe into the thickest part of the food you are cooking, avoiding bone.

Režimy vaření

The Chefavor 7-in-1 offers various cooking modes accessible via the control panel:

• Fry na vzduchu: For foods requiring a crispy, brown exterior while remaining soft inside (e.g., French fries, chicken wings).
• Gril: Ideal for foods typically cooked on a BBQ, such as steaks, burgers, and vegetables, providing distinct grill marks.
• Upéct: Suitable for foods without a solid structure, like doughs and batters (e.g., cakes, breads).
• Mřížka: For open-hood cooking of items like pancakes, eggs, and bacon.
• Grilovat: Perfect for thin-cut meats, quick-cooking vegetables, or dishes needing high heat for a short period (e.g., pizza, macaroni and cheese topping).
• Pečeně: Best for whole cuts of meat (on the bone or thick pieces), thicker vegetables, or cut potatoes.
• Dehydrát: Uses low temperature to remove moisture from foods, ideal for making fruit leathers or jerky.

Using the Smart Thermometer

When the smart thermometer is plugged in, the control panel allows you to select the type of meat (Beef, Chicken, Fish, Pork) and your desired doneness level (Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well, Well). The unit will automatically cook until the target internal temperature is reached.

Example: Air Frying Potatoes

Follow these steps to air fry potatoes:

1. Prepare your potatoes: Wash, cube, and lightly coat with olive oil and salt (or your preferred seasonings).
2. Ensure the frying pan and fried basket are correctly placed inside the unit.
3. Close the lid and press the Power button.
4. Select the "Air Fry" mode. The default settings are 400°F for 20 minutes. Adjust time as needed (e.g., 15 minutes for cubed potatoes).
5. Press the Play button to start preheating. The unit will beep and display "ADD FOOD" when preheating is complete (approx. 4 minutes).
6. Open the lid (the cooking process will pause), carefully add the prepared potatoes to the fried basket. You can add more salt if desired.
7. Close the lid. The unit will automatically resume cooking.
8. Monitor progress through the visible window. The unit will beep and display "GET FOOD" when cooking is complete.
9. Carefully remove the fried basket using oven mitts. The potatoes should have a nice crispy exterior.

Čištění a údržba

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Chefavor appliance.

• The splash filter can be easily removed and washed to clean any grease or residue.

Odstraňování problémů
