1. Úvod

The Andonstar HDMI Digital Microscope AD207S-Pro is a versatile digital microscope designed for various applications, including soldering, coin inspection, and general electronic work. 3. Nastavení a montáž

1. Sestavte stojan: Attach the metal column to the base plate. Secure it using the provided screws and wrench. Ensure the column is firmly in place.
2. Attach the Microscope Host: Slide the microscope host onto the adjustable bracket on the metal column. Tighten the locking knob to secure the microscope at the desired height.
3. Připojte napájení: Connect the switch cable to the microscope host and then to the power adapter. Plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet.
4. Připojte světla: Plug the flexible LED side lights into the designated ports on the base plate.

4. Návod k obsluze

4.1 Zapnutí/vypnutí

Press the power button on the microscope host or the remote control to turn the device on or off. The 7-inch IPS screen will display the live view.

4.2 Adjusting Focus and Magnification

Rotate the focusing wheel on the microscope lens to achieve a clear image. Adjust the height of the microscope on the stand using the bracket knob to change the object distance and overall magnification. The digital zoom function can be controlled via the remote.

4.3 Nastavení LED světel

The microscope features 8 built-in LED lights around the lens and 2 metal base plate side lights. The intensity of these lights can be adjusted by rotating the gear under the screen button or using the brightness controls on the remote control. There are eight intensity levels to suit different viewpožadavky.

4.5 Nahrávání fotografií a videa

The microscope supports UHD 2160P video recording. Insert a Micro SD card (included) into the designated slot to store images and videos of your observations. Use the remote control or the screen buttons to capture photos and start/stop video recording.

4.6 External Display and PC Connection

The microscope screen and an external HDMI screen can display simultaneously. For advanced analysis, connect the microscope to a Windows PC via USB and download the professional measurement software. This software allows for object length measurement, area calculation, and enhanced photo/video management.

5. Údržba

• Ochrana objektivu: The microscope comes with a UV filter pre-assembled to the front of the lens. This filter helps protect the lens, especially in high-temperature environments like soldering. Ensure it is clean and free from dust.
• Čištění: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and lens. For stubborn smudges, a small amount of lens cleaning solution can be applied to the cloth (not directly to the lens). Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
• Skladování: When not in use, store the microscope in a dry, dust-free environment.

6. Řešení problémů

• Bez napájení: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to the microscope and the power outlet. Check if the power adapter is functioning correctly.
• Žádný obraz na obrazovce: Verify that the microscope is powered on. Adjust the focus wheel and the height of the microscope to bring the object into view. Check all cable connections.
• Rozmazaný obrázek: Rotate the focusing wheel slowly until the image is sharp. Adjust the object distance by moving the microscope head up or down the stand. Ensure the object is well-lit.
• External Display Not Working: Confirm the HDMI cable is correctly connected to both the microscope and the external display. Ensure the external display is set to the correct HDMI input source.
• Cannot Record Photos/Videos: Check if a Micro SD card is inserted correctly and has sufficient free space. Ensure the device is in photo/video mode before attempting to record.
