This document provides essential information for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your Lelit Bianca PL162T-EU, a professional-grade espresso machine designed for enthusiasts. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the machine to ensure safe and optimal performance.

Bezpečnostní informace

Nastavení

1. Rozbalení a umístění

Carefully remove the machine from its packaging. Place the Lelit Bianca on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for ventilation and access to the water tank.

2. Nastavení vodní nádrže

The Lelit Bianca features a movable water tank. Pull out the water tank from the side of the machine. Fill it with fresh, filtered water. It is highly recommended to use the included resin filter to reduce limescale buildup. Reinsert the water tank securely.

3. Připojení napájení

Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the main power switch on the machine is in the OFF position before plugging it in.

1. Přesview ovládacích prvků

The Lelit Bianca is equipped with advanced controls for precise brewing:

• LCC (Lelit Control Center): The electronic display allows you to adjust brewing temperature, pre-infusion settings, and other parameters.
• Flow Control Paddle: Located above the group head, this unique paddle system enables manual adjustment of water flow during extraction, allowing for dynamic pressure profiling.
• Tlakoměry: Two gauges provide real-time feedback on pump pressure (for brewing) and steam boiler pressure.

2. Vaření espressa

1. Předehřev: Turn on the machine. Allow at least 20-30 minutes for the machine to reach optimal operating temperature for both coffee and steam boilers. The LCC will indicate when temperatures are stable.
2. Mletí a dávkování: Grind fresh coffee beans to an espresso-fine consistency. Dose the appropriate amount into your chosen filter basket (e.g., 18-21g for a double shot). Distribute evenly and tamp pevně.
3. Portafilter Insertion: Insert the portafilter into the group head and lock it into place by turning it to the right.
4. Extraction with Flow Control: Place your cup(s) under the portafilter spouts. Lift the brew lever to start the pump. Use the flow control paddle to adjust the water flow and pressure during the extraction process. Observe the brew pressure gauge. Lower the brew lever to stop extraction once the desired volume is reached.

3. Napařování mléka

Ensure the steam boiler is at temperature (indicated on the LCC and steam pressure gauge). Purge the steam wand briefly into the drip tray to clear any condensed water. Immerse the 4-hole steam tip just below the surface of cold milk in a stainless steel pitcher. Open the steam valve fully. Once the milk reaches the desired temperature and texture, close the steam valve. The frequency of descaling depends on your water hardness and usage. It is recommended to descale every 3-6 months. Use a descaling solution specifically designed for espresso machines and follow its instructions carefully. Regular use of the included resin filter will significantly reduce the need for descaling.

4. Výměna vodního filtru

Replace the resin water filter in the water tank every 2-3 months, or as indicated by the filter's capacity (e.g., 70L for the MC747PLUS filter). This helps maintain water quality and protects the machine from scale buildup.
