Thank you for choosing the Vabiooth Lab Compound Trinocular Microscope. This research-grade microscope offers 40X-2500X magnification, featuring a 7-inch LCD screen and a 5MP E-Eyepiece for clear observation and easy sharing of experimental results. Its robust design includes a two-layer mechanical stage and LED illumination, making it ideal for various applications such as animal husbandry, pet hospitals, laboratory research, and farm use.

This manual provides essential information for the proper setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your microscope. Please read it thoroughly before use to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the device.

2. Nastavení

Before operating your microscope, ensure all components are present and properly assembled.

2.1 Vybalení a kontrola

• Carefully remove all items from the aluminum carry case.
• Verify that all listed components are included: microscope body, WF10X/25X/16X eyepieces, 4x, 10x, 40x(s), 100x(Spring Oil) achromatic objectives, 7-inch LCD screen, power adapter, and any additional accessories.
• Inspect for any visible damage during transit. Contact customer support immediately if any damage is found.

2.2 Montáž

1. Place the microscope body on a stable, level surface.
2. Insert the desired eyepieces (WF10X, WF16X, or WF25X) into the ocular tubes.
3. Attach the 7-inch LCD screen to the trinocular port, ensuring it is securely fastened. The screen is 360-degree rotatable for flexible viewIng.
4. Connect the power adapter to the microscope and a suitable power outlet (110 Volts AC).

2.3 Initial Screen Language Setting

To set the language on the 7-inch LCD screen:

1. Zapněte monitor.
2. Click the "M" button 6 times.
3. Then click the ">" button and choose your preferred language.

3.1 Specimen Placement and Stage Ovládání

The microscope features a double-layer mechanical stage with 1.0mm stage divisions, allowing for precise manipulation of your specimen slides along the X- and Y-axis. This ensures accurate positioning and the ability to return to specific locations on the slide.

3.2 Magnification and Objective Lenses

• 10X Objective: For general observation.
• 40X(s) Objective: For higher magnification, spring-loaded to prevent slide damage.
• 100X(Spring Oil) Objective: For highest magnification, requires immersion oil for optimal clarity.

Rotate the revolving nosepiece to select the desired objective lens. Always start with the lowest magnification (4X) and gradually increase as needed.

• Adjust the LED intensity using the dimmer control to achieve optimal brightness for your specimen.
• Use the iris diaphragm lever on the Abbe condenser to control the amount of light passing through the specimen, enhancing contrast and resolution.

3.5 Using the LCD Screen and E-Eyepiece

The 7-inch LCD display provides a larger field of view directly from the screen, allowing for easier observation and sharing without an external display. The 5MP E-eyepiece captures high-resolution images.

• Ensure the LCD screen is powered on and connected to the trinocular port.
• Adjust the screen's angle for comfortable viewIng.
• For capturing still photos and videos, a video capture card is required (not included).

4. Údržba

Proper maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Vabiooth microscope.

• Čištění: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the exterior of the microscope. For optical components (lenses, eyepieces), use specialized lens cleaning solution and lens paper. Avoid touching optical surfaces with bare hands.
• Skladování: When not in use, store the microscope in its aluminum carry case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage. Ensure all components are dry before storage.
• Zacházení: Always carry the microscope by its main body, supporting the base. Avoid sudden movements or impacts.
• Oil Immersion: After using the 100X oil immersion objective, always clean the objective lens and the slide thoroughly with lens paper and cleaning solution to remove all traces of immersion oil.
