3.2 Montáž

1. Attach the kettle retaining bars to the burner frame. These bars are infinitely adjustable and compatible with kettles up to 25 inches in diameter.

4. Návod k obsluze

4.1 Zapálení hořáku

1. Ensure the burner is on a stable, non-combustible surface.
2. Place your brew kettle securely on the retaining bars.
3. Slowly open the propane tank valve.
4. Hold a long lighter or match near the burner head.
5. Slowly open the burner control valve to a low setting. The burner should ignite immediately. If it does not, close the valve, wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, and try again.

4.2 Adjusting Flame Output (Dual Mode)

The HellFire XL burner offers two primary modes of operation:

• High Efficiency Mode (80,000 BTU/hr): Adjust the control valve to achieve a stable, blue flame. This mode provides superb heat transfer and quiet operation, suitable for maintaining a rolling boil on batches up to 20 gallons.
• High Power Mode (140,000 BTU/hr): Fully open the control valve for maximum heat output. This mode is designed for rapid heating and achieving a boil quickly.

The patent-pending heat shield directs heat to your wort while protecting valves and thermometers from excessive heat.
