2.1 Popis zařízení

The Faber 34L 1600W Oven Toaster Grill (OTG) is a versatile kitchen appliance designed for baking, toasting, roasting, and grilling. It features 4 heating functions, rotisserie, 360° convection, an indicator light, auto shut-off, and a ready bell for convenient cooking.

2.3 Ovládací panel

The control panel features four knobs for various settings:

1. Funkční knoflík: Selects the heating elements (Off, Upper Heating, Lower Heating, Upper & Lower Heating). This knob also controls convection and rotisserie functions.
2. Knoflík teploty: Nastavuje teplotu vaření od 100 °C do 250 °C.
3. Volič: (Often combined with Function knob or for specific heating modes)
4. Knoflík časovače: Sets the cooking time from 0 to 60 minutes with an auto shut-off and ready bell.

3. Nastavení

3.1 Vybalení a umístění

• Remove all packaging materials, including any internal packing and protective films.
• Place the OTG on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 10-15 cm of clear space on all sides (back, sides, and top) for proper ventilation.
• Neumisťujte spotřebič do blízkosti zdroje tepla nebo na přímé sluneční světlo.

3.2 Počáteční čištění

• Otřete vnější povrch trouby pomocí damp tkanina.
• Wash all removable accessories (bake tray, wire rack, crumb tray, rotisserie kit, tongs) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before placing them back into the oven.

3.3 První použití (zapálení)

Before cooking food, perform a 'burn-in' cycle to eliminate any manufacturing odors or residues:

1. Ensure the oven is empty and all accessories are clean and dry.
2. Zavřete dvířka trouby.
3. Set the Function knob to 'Upper & Lower Heating' with 'Convection' (if available).
4. Nastavte knoflík teploty na 250 °C.
5. Set the Timer knob to 15-20 minutes.
6. Allow the oven to operate until the timer rings. A slight odor or smoke is normal during this process.
7. Once cooled, wipe the interior with a damp tkanina.

4.1 Obecná obsluha

1. Place the food item on the appropriate accessory (bake tray, wire rack, or rotisserie).

7. When the set time elapses, the oven will automatically shut off, and a 'ready bell' will sound.
8. Carefully remove the cooked food using oven mitts and tongs.

The Faber OTG offers four heating functions:

• Horní ohřev: Ideal for toasting bread, browning the top of dishes, or grilling.
• Spodní ohřev: Suitable for baking items that require heat primarily from the bottom, like pies or certain cakes.
• Upper & Lower Heating: Standard setting for most baking and roasting tasks, providing even heat distribution.
• Convection (360°): Activates a fan to circulate hot air, ensuring faster and more even cooking, especially for larger items or multiple trays.
• Rotisserie: For roasting whole chickens or large cuts of meat, ensuring even browning and juicy results.

4.3 Používání rožně

1. Secure the food (e.g., whole chicken) onto the rotisserie rod using the forks provided. Ensure it is balanced.
2. Insert the pointed end of the rotisserie rod into the drive socket on the right side of the oven interior.
3. Rest the square end of the rod onto the support on the left side.
4. Select the 'Rotisserie' function on the Function knob.

6. Use the rotisserie handle to safely remove the hot rod and food after cooking.

1. Always unplug the OTG ze zásuvky a před čištěním nechte zcela vychladnout.
2. Remove all accessories: the wire rack, bake tray, crumb tray, and rotisserie kit.
3. Wash removable accessories in warm, soapy water. For stubborn stains, soak them before cleaning. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
4. Otřete vnitřek trouby reklamouamp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that can damage the non-stick coating or surfaces.
5. Vnější povrch očistěte měkkýmamp tkanina. Nepoužívejte agresivní chemikálie nebo abrazivní materiály.
6. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and using the oven.
