3. Nastavení

3.1 Zapnutí jednotky

The A1X FOUR can be powered using either AA batteries or an optional AC adapter (Zoom AD-16, sold separately).

3.1.2 AC Adapter Connection (Optional)

Connect an optional Zoom AD-16 AC adapter to the DC 9V input jack on the rear panel of the A1X FOUR. Plug the adapter into a standard AC outlet.

Connect the 1/4-inch output of the MAA-1 to the INPUT jack on the A1X FOUR.
If using a condenser microphone, activate phantom power on the MAA-1 by pressing the "POWER" button. The LED will illuminate.
Adjust the gain on the MAA-1 using the "GAIN" knob to achieve an optimal input level. The "PEAK" LED indicates signal clipping.

4. Operating the A1X FOUR

The A1X FOUR offers two primary performance modes: MEMORY mode and STOMP mode.

4.2.1 MEMORY Mode

In MEMORY mode, you can easily switch between pre-programmed patches (combinations of effects and settings). This mode is ideal for organizing your setlist and quickly recalling specific sounds. Use the footswitches to navigate through patches.

4.2.2 STOMP Mode

STOMP mode allows you to individually turn effects on and off within a patch using the footswitches, similar to traditional stompbox pedals. This provides real-time control over your sound during a performance.

4.3 Effects and Editing

The A1X FOUR includes a wide array of effects tailored for acoustic instruments, including 8 additional pedal-controlled effects for volume, pitch, reverb, delay, and wah.
