Nastavení

1. Počáteční nabíjení

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power source. The LED indicators on the case will show charging status.

The WENKEY E2 earbuds feature one-step auto-pairing. After the initial pairing, they will automatically connect to the last paired device when the case is opened.

3. Replacing Eartips

For optimal sound quality and comfort, select the eartip size that best fits your ears. The WENKEY E2 comes with 5 sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL). To replace, gently pull off the current eartip and push on the desired size, ensuring it is securely attached.

The WENKEY E2 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud for managing audio playback, calls, and voice assistant activation.

Either earbud can be used independently as a Bluetooth headset. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will automatically connect to your device if previously paired. This allows you to stay aware of your surroundings while still enjoying audio or taking calls.

Údržba

Čištění

• Pravidelně čistěte sluchátka a nabíjecí pouzdro měkkým, suchým hadříkem, který nepouští vlákna.
• Sejměte ušní ocásky a v případě potřeby je očistěte jemným mýdlem a vodou. Před opětovným nasazením se ujistěte, že jsou zcela suché.

Voděodolnost

The WENKEY E2 earbuds are IPX6 waterproof, meaning they are resistant to high-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts and light rain. However, they are not designed for submersion in water. Do not expose the charging case to water.

Odstraňování problémů

Sluchátka se nepárují/nepřipojují

• Ujistěte se, že jsou obě sluchátka plně nabitá.
• Vložte obě sluchátka zpět do nabíjecího pouzdra, zavřete víko, počkejte několik sekund a poté víko znovu otevřete, abyste znovu přešli do režimu párování.
• Vypněte a zapněte Bluetooth na vašem zařízení.
• Forget "WENKEY E2" from your device's Bluetooth settings and attempt to pair again.
• Ensure your device is within the 33-foot (10-meter) Bluetooth range.
