The tempered glass lid is used when pressure cooking is not required. It is ideal for slow cooking functions or when using your Nutri-Pot as a conventional stock pot. Simply place the glass lid onto the inner pot of your pressure cooker.

Stainless Steel Cooking Rack
Place the stainless steel cooking rack at the bottom of the inner pot before adding food. This rack is useful for steaming vegetables, cooking eggs, or preparing multiple layers of food simultaneously, preventing direct contact with the liquid at the bottom.

Silicone Gaskets
