Připojení Webvačka
The NexiGo N940P webcam is designed for plug-and-play functionality. No additional drivers are required for most operating systems.
- Připojte webcam's USB cable directly to an available USB 2.0 or 3.0 port on your computer.
- If your computer only has USB-C ports, use the included USB-A to USB-C adapter.
- Umístěte webcam on top of your monitor or on a tripod using the integrated mount. The webcam features a flexible clip for secure placement and 360° rotation for optimal viewing úhly.

Instalace ochranného krytu

- Ensure the privacy cover is installed so that it slides open to the left. This prevents it from blocking the infrared (IR) sensor, which is essential for the remote control's functionality.
- If installed incorrectly (sliding open to the right), the IR sensor will be covered, and the remote will not function.

Powering On/Off and AutoFocus
The webcam powers on automatically when connected to a powered USB port. It features high-sensitivity autofocus technology.
- The webcam will autofocus quickly on any subject.
- To switch between autofocus and manual focus, press and hold the Home/Focus button on the remote control for more than two seconds. The blue indicator light on the webcam will flash continuously when in manual focus mode.
- In manual focus mode, use the up and down arrow buttons on the remote to adjust the focus. Press the Home/Focus button again to reset to default autofocus.

Odstraňování problémů
Problémy s dálkovým ovládáním
- Dálkové ovládání nereaguje: Ensure the privacy cover is installed correctly, sliding open to the left. If it slides to the right, it covers the IR sensor, preventing the remote from working.
- No Visual Feedback: The webcam's blue indicator light should flash each time a button is pressed on the remote. If not, check the remote's batteries.
Video Quality and Performance
- Framerate Drop with Zoom: The 3x digital zoom function operates at 1080p resolution and 30fps. If you are using a video chat application, the software may automatically set the camera to 30fps, and this setting might not be adjustable within the program.
- Resolution Drop at 60fps or with Zoom: The webcam cannot maintain 2K resolution, 60fps, and the built-in zoom function simultaneously. For 2K resolution, the framerate will be 30fps, and zoom will be unavailable. For 60fps, the resolution must be 1080p, and zoom will be unavailable. The built-in zoom is only usable at 1080p resolution and 30fps.
- Úpravy softwaru: For advanced control over resolution, framerate, and image manipulation (like zooming), consider using third-party software such as OBS Studio to create a virtual camera.
