Průvodce nastavením

1. Rozbalení: Carefully remove all packaging materials and place the machine on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
2. Počáteční čištění: Před prvním použitím otřete vnější povrch čisticím prostředkemamp cloth. Wash the water tank, portafilter, and filter baskets with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
3. Instalace vodního filtru: If using the included water filter, follow the instructions provided with the filter to prepare and install it in the water tank.
4. Naplňte nádrž na vodu: Fill the water tank with fresh, cold, filtered water up to the MAX line. Place the tank securely back into the machine.

6. Cyklus prvního použití (naplnění):

   • Press the double shot button to run water through the brew head until water flows consistently.
   • Turn the steam knob to release steam through the wand until water stops sputtering and only steam comes out. Close the steam knob.
   This primes the pump and heats the system.

Návod k obsluze

Vaření espressa

1. Předehřev: Ensure the machine is fully heated (indicator lights stable). Run a blank shot through the portafilter to preheat it and the cup.
2. Mletá káva: Grind fresh coffee beans to a fine consistency suitable for espresso.
3. Dávka a Tamp: Place the appropriate filter basket (single or double) into the portafilter. Fill with ground coffee and tamp firmly and evenly. Wipe any excess grounds from the rim.
4. Vložte portafiltr: Insert the portafilter into the brew head and twist firmly to the 'Close' position.
5. Vařit: Place your cup(s) under the portafilter spouts. Press the single or double shot button. The machine will automatically brew the programmed amount. Monitor the pressure gauge for optimal extraction (typically in the middle of the 'Espresso' range).
6. Demontáž portafiltru: Once brewing is complete, carefully remove the portafilter and discard the used coffee puck.

1. Připravte mléko: Fill the milk pitcher with cold milk (dairy or non-dairy) to just below the spout.
2. Aktivovat Steam: Press the steam button on the control panel. Wait for the steam indicator light to become solid, indicating the machine is ready for steaming.

4. Parní mléko: Insert the steam wand tip just below the surface of the milk. Open the steam knob fully. Angle the pitcher to create a vortex, incorporating air for frothing. Lower the pitcher slightly to continue texturing the milk.
5. Monitorovat teplotu: Steam until the milk reaches your desired temperature (around 140-150°F or 60-65°C).
6. Čištění parní trysky: Immediately after steaming, close the steam knob. Wipe the steam wand with a damp cloth to remove any milk residue and briefly purge again to clear the internal passage.

Odvápňování

The machine will indicate when descaling is required. Use a descaling solution specifically designed for espresso machines and follow the product's instructions carefully. Descaling removes mineral buildup and is crucial for machine performance and taste.
