1. Úvod

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Scheppach HS110 Table Saw. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the machine to ensure proper use and to prevent injury or damage.

3. Montáž a nastavení

3.1 Vybalení a kontrola

Remove the table saw and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Keep packaging materials until you are sure all parts are present and the saw is functioning correctly.

3.2 Sestavení stojanu

Assemble the metal stand components according to the diagrams provided in the separate assembly sheet. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened for stability.

3.3 Attaching Table Extensions

The HS110 comes with side table extensions to increase the working surface. Attach these extensions to the main table using the provided hardware. Ensure they are level with the main table surface.

3.4 Blade Installation (if not pre-installed)

1. Odpojit napájení: Unplug the saw from the power outlet.
2. Remove Table Insert: Lift out the table insert plate around the blade.
3. Povolte matici upínacího hřídele: Use the provided wrenches to loosen the arbor nut, holding the outer flange.
4. Instalace čepele: Place the 254mm blade onto the arbor, ensuring the teeth are pointing towards the front of the saw (upwards at the cutting edge).
5. Bezpečná čepel: Znovu nainstalujte vnější přírubu a matici upínacího hřídele a pevně je utáhněte.
6. Replace Insert: Place the table insert back into position.

4. Provoz

Před zahájením práce se ujistěte, že rozumíte všem bezpečnostním opatřením a dodržujete je. Vždy používejte vhodné osobní ochranné prostředky.

4.1 Zapnutí/vypnutí

• Zapnout: Press the green "ON" button.
• Vypnout: Press the red "OFF" button. In case of emergency, press the large red emergency stop button.

4.2 Nastavení hloubky čepele

The blade depth can be adjusted using the handwheel on the front of the saw. Rotate the handwheel clockwise to raise the blade and counter-clockwise to lower it. For through cuts, the blade should extend approximately 3-6mm above the workpiece.

4.3 Nastavení úhlu zkosení

The blade can be tilted for bevel cuts. Loosen the bevel locking knob, adjust the blade to the desired angle (0-45 degrees) using the angle scale, and then re-tighten the locking knob.

4.4 Using the Rip Fence

The rip fence is used for making accurate parallel cuts. Position the fence to the desired width, ensuring it is parallel to the blade. Lock the fence securely in place before making a cut.

4.5 Provádění řezů

1. Příprava obrobku: Ujistěte se, že obrobek neobsahuje hřebíky, šrouby nebo jiné cizí předměty.
2. Nastavení: Adjust blade depth and angle, and position the rip fence or miter gauge as needed.
3. Spuštění pily: Zapněte pilu a nechte kotouč dosáhnout plné rychlosti.
4. Krmný materiál: Slowly and steadily feed the workpiece into the blade. Use a push stick for narrow cuts or when your hands are close to the blade.
5. Kompletní řez: Continue feeding until the cut is complete. Do not remove off-cuts until the blade has stopped.
6. Vypněte pilu: Press the "OFF" button and wait for the blade to stop completely before leaving the machine.

5. Údržba

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your Scheppach HS110 Table Saw. Always disconnect the power before performing any maintenance.
