1. Úvod

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the Black Box KVM Extender CATx, Model KVXLCH-100. This device extends 4K HDMI video, USB 2.0, serial (RS-232), and bi-directional audio signals over a single CAT5e/6 cable up to 100 meters (328 feet). 3. Pokyny k nastavení

Follow these steps to properly install and connect your KVM Extender system.

3.1. Připojení přesview

The KVM Extender system consists of a Transmitter unit (connected to the source computer) and a Receiver unit (connected to the remote display and peripherals). These two units are linked via a single CAT5e/6 cable.

3.2. Transmitter Unit Connections

1. Connect the HDMI output of your source computer to the HDMI-IN port na vysílací jednotce.

Connect a single CAT5e/6 cable (up to 100 meters) between the CATx port on the Transmitter unit and the CATx port on the Receiver unit. Ensure the cable is properly terminated and meets TIA/EIA-568B standards for optimal performance.
